Karyn Jepson-Cotcher joined Ashwood with one clear aim in mind - to establish a Marketing Recruitment division that
offers a genuine alternative for clients and candidates alike.

Managed Agency Supply
We’ll project manage third-party agency relationships on our clients’ behalf. Identifying, sourcing, briefing and
overseeing these relationships, we can ensure that a consistent approach is taken throughout the whole recruitment
process – and across the whole of Europe. It’s an approach that offers added value, as well as effectively reducing
client risk.
Master Vendor
A progression of our Managed Agency Supply service – Master Vendor involves a wider range of responsibilities on our
part, including managed finance and contract arrangements. Basically this service allows our clients to outsource all
or part of their recruitment to Ashwood.
