Career Transitions Service

We’re now branching out into a new area - working with blue chip companies who are going through redundancies and restructures, and are outsourcing their career transition methods. If you’re one of them, you’ll find that our services will benefit everyone across your organisation, visibly enhance your corporate social responsibility – and ensure that staff morale is kept as high as possible.

We’ll work on a one-to-one basis with individuals facing redundancy who are worried about their professional future - helping them work out what they enjoy, what they’re best at, and consequently what they should do next. This will be done via a range of assessments, questions, pair and group work activities - all of which have been designed by expert psychologists specialising in this field.

We take a far more personal approach than many other service providers – which can make all the difference in difficult times. Our staff are trained and qualified career counsellors and coaches - understanding, supportive, and committed to building individuals’ confidence.

This service can also be used by individuals who would like to pay for it independently.
